i received a really warm welcome from the reception team at the hotel. the room had sparkling wine as i requested and i even got an upgrade, how lovely. the room i stayed in was large and clean with really excellent facilities, i was very pleased.
The room i was in seemed a bit small, i must mention that and the view was not great. That wasn't ideal.

the breakfast was acceptable, though nothing extraordinary.
The shower's temperature control was a joke. It switched between freezing and scalding with no in-between. It made showering an adventure. my room faced a giant office building so natural light was nonexistent. It seemed like i was living in a cave. also, i kept hearing the neighbors. I guess the walls are paper thin.

the location was acceptable. it was near public transport.
The rooftop pool was not what i expected, it was more like a glorified foot bath, maybe 70 cm deep. the rooftop bar seemed like a ghost town, a self-service setup, with no charm. the pictures online are quite misleading. I almost thought i was catfished by a hotel.
